You Train Your Physical Game But The Biggest Area That Is Overlooked is Your Mental Game!
Only part of the game is physical.
You can train your body to perform the way it needs to for the game, but if you don't have your mental game locked in all that hard work could be for nothing.
I’ve helped hundreds of athletes lock in their mental game so they're prepared for anything that happens during competition.
All of my training programs have been created based off of years of experience and proving that these techniques work.
Instead of the usual "treat-the-symptom" ineffective sports psych advice like:
Practice having good self talk. Face your fears.
You see you have to do the Mental Training at the level of the unconscious mind if you want the results to be permanent.
The first step is to learn to be about developing your ability to make inner mind changes.
You need to know how it works and operates, under various conditions, in order to be able to fix what is not working - now and in the future.
You also need to have a deep understanding of what makes you do what you do, as well as, and ways to make permanent long-lasting changes to become mentally tough (or anything else you want to change about yourself.)
Athletes can often have faulty programs and beliefs.
Fear, anger, frustration, embarrassment, and disappointment are all common emotions for performers and athletes.
About the Coach:
From the countless sessions I've done with athletes in person I've heard many stories of how they have sabotaged their own success because of weakness in emotional control.
